Not getting notification emails when tagged in comments

Hello there, I am not getting notification emails from Jira, ones I get tagged in - It seems I have missed quite a few, I have checked my junk, quarantine, notification settings, turned them off and on again and still not getting email notifications. I haven't received anything since 16th April... Can someone help me please?

Hi @Samantha.Morgan-hoyle I checked our mail logs and found a bounced email response from your mail server on that date:

2024-04-16 04:40:23.674550 Mailbox does not exist!

Because of this response, our system began to suppress further messages to your address.  I have cleared the suppression from our side.  However if this is something that is reoccurring, you might want to reach out to your mail admin with this SMTP bounce response and that timestamp for your account.
