Multiple Approvers but only one Approval Required

Hi everyone,

I'm sure this question has been asked many times but I'm having trouble finding an adequate solution. I want my project set up so that completion of an epic will require approval. I have two individuals I want as potential approvers but will only require one of them to provide approval. Whenever I add the individuals' names it indicates, that two rounds of approval are required. Does anyone have any feedback how I can include the two individuals but only require one round of approvals?

For example for an epic:

• Available approvers = name 1/name 2
• Task transitioned to Done
• Approval process started
  • Only name 1 approves
• Epic is approved and is transitioned to Done

Hi Brett,

You can put the names in a custom field like the Approvers field. On the transition to Done add a condition so that only someone in the Approvers field can execute the transition. So as soon as one of them executes it, it moves to Done.
