Can you define "availability"? Do you mean workload/work hours/... ?

hi Naveen, I normally wouldn't use this platform to promote a product I build, but Service Scheduler for JSM is designed to provide agent calendar times for service scheduling.

I'm not aware of a JSM build-in mechanism to do this though.
