Countless posts about this.... Why can't I find anywhere to report a bug? Went through the Atlassian Support page and links are broken and do not lead to any bug report form.

The first entry in the first dropdown of the support page is "Technical issues and bugs" – does something prevent you from reporting a bug this way?
