Hi,We were 12 users and jira put us on a trial of the standard plan. But we have now removed the old 2 users, so we are currently 10 users. How can we go back to the free plan in this case?

When the trial finish you can revert to the free plan

From Products section, you can change the Plan.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.
To change plan, you should be a Billing administrator, Organization administrator or Site administrator.
You can follow the step instructed by @Mohamed Benziane @Vikrant Yadav
There is no such option here @Mohamed Benziane
Go to admin.atlassian.com
Click menu "Billing"
click "Manage" right side of the product ( e.i. Jira Software)
Click change - then choose the plan (e.i free).
