While adding a custom field in any project is showing its value twice on any issue created. Can someone please help with this problem we are facing?For example, you can see the "Story_Project:" custom field showing values 123.01 twice.Thanks

That looks like a text custom field that someone has pasted 123.01 into twice.
Is the field a plain text field? Or is is a calculated/scripted field?
