Is that possible to transfer a project on a Jira bouygues telecom instance ?
I have a project on Jira Software but i want to export this project on the instance of Bouygues Telecom and I don't know how to do that.

Is the Bouygues Telecom Jira instance a Jira Software Cloud instance?
Are you wanting to transfer the project to another Jira Software Cloud instance? If so, do you already have that other instance set up?
If both the source and destination Jira instances are Cloud, you can explore the Cloud to Cloud migration options:

Most of the options require Administrator access to the source system.
If you don't have Administrator access, another option is to export the issue data, and then execute an External System Import. You will need to have already created the destination project and created the appropriate configuration (workflows, custom fields, etc.) before importing the data, and not all data may be captured in the export process.
Hello , how can i do the second option because i don't have the Administrator access. A tutorial exist ?
