How many concurrent users can be active on a Confluence Whiteboard?
Hello @Laura Christie
According to the documentation, 60.
https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/collaboration-limits-on-whiteboards/
Useful thanks
I see the note on that page:
These limits are designed to strike a balance between a rich collaborative experience and system efficiency. We're actively working on increasing these limits! If you reach these limits, we would love to hear from you. You can give feedback using the menu at the top right of your whiteboard. Please include any context for your use case and the impact the limits had on your work.
Feedback: We need approx 150-200 people to have access concurrently for PI Planning...
Impact: We will be buying an alternate tool and not using Whiteboards
Atlassian Team Mambers do not necessarily monitor the Communities looking for product feedback embedded in Questions.
To ensure your feedback reaches Atlassian give that feedback using the menu at the top right of your whiteboard. Please include any context for your use case and the impact the limits had on your work.
Yeah, but we don't have whiteboard yet...
