how to update the credit card information for your organization's Jira Software account?

Hello everyone, my name is Tehreem, and I was trying to update the credit card details but not able to see the manage subscription tab in Billing.

Click Setting icon >> Billing >>Select "Manage Subscription" >> Billing Details >> Add Payment Method.  This is not working in my case.

We're experiencing payment issues and need to change the credit card on file.

Hi Kishan, I get this screen but when i select manage, i only get option to change plan, cancel or manage customer contacts. I dont see any other option. Can you please help, i cant see anything else.

What happens when you click on Manage link ? If you have the necessary permissions you should be redirected to another page where you can add/edit payment method.
