Good morning!
We seem to be having an issue that when we click "Link Issue" to some of our JIRA tickets, an error will occur saying "We couldn't connect to that issue".

I reported this to Atlassian a couple of hours ago - they confirmed it is a bug and are now tracking it as an incident:

It seems there is a current bug in linking issue in Jira software cloud. Maybe you can try it later again. Atlassian is now fixing this bug.
