Test cycle sorting Issue in the Jira dashboard "Test Execution Results by Test Cycle" gadget

I've created a test plan named "API Automation Test Plan" in JIRA. Within this plan, I've added several test cycles with build versions. For example, a test cycle name -  "API Automation Test Suite | R v0.4.0-rc.0".

I've added this test plan to my JIRA dashboard using the "Test execution results by test cycles" gadget. However, when I attempt to sort my test cycles in ascending order, the sorting doesn't seem to function correctly.

The dashboard currently displays the test cycles as follows.

I need a solution to address this issue.

That appears to be a dashboard gadget from a marketplace app / addon.  Please check the vendor's documentation / support to learn how to do what you ask. 

Your Jira site admin can help identify the vendor and product to check.
