Automation add request type

Hello,
I haven't found any specific answers to my problem.

I'd like to program a monthly show and assign it to a request type:

My automation below :

When: Scheduled
- Every week on Monday at 9 a.m.

Then: Create a new number
- Project: My project
- Problem type: [System] - Service request
- Components : Secu
- Tags : MyLabel
- Organizations: MyOrga

And, I try a lot of things without finding to insert "Request type: Regular check".
When I go to the service request configuration, my request type is linked to my problem type.

This solutin works, but I could not add :

• Components
• Labels
• Priority
• Organizations
• ...

If I add another "Action", like  "Edit issue fields" with fields above, It does'nt works.
