Sync different Azure DevOps instances to a single Jira instance

All,

is it possible to connect several different Azure DevOps instances to a single Jira cloud instance for different projects?

We have a number of partners who internally work with their own Azure DevOps environments that we want to sync to our singular Jira cloud instance.

Is that possible and if yes, how can we manage that?

Yes, it is possible to connect multiple Azure DevOps instances to a single Jira Cloud instance for different projects. This can be achieved using the Jira Azure DevOps integration provided by Microsoft

In your Jira Cloud instance, navigate to Jira Settings > Apps.
Search for "Azure DevOps" in the Atlassian Marketplace and install the Azure DevOps integration add-on.
Follow the configuration steps to set up the integration with your Jira Cloud instance

For each Azure DevOps instance you want to connect, follow these steps:
- In Jira Cloud, go to Jira Settings > Apps > Manage apps.
- Find the Azure DevOps integration and click on it.
- Click on "Configure" and then "Add new configuration".
- Enter the details of the Azure DevOps instance, including the URL and authentication credentials.
- Save the configuration.
After configuring the integration for each Azure DevOps instance, you can map projects and work items between Jira Cloud and Azure DevOps.
In the configuration settings, you can specify which projects in Jira Cloud correspond to which projects in Azure DevOps.
You can also map issue types, fields, and other settings to ensure synchronization between the two platforms

Each integration configuration allows you to specify synchronization settings, such as the direction of synchronization (bi-directional or one-way), frequency of synchronization, and which types of work items to synchronize.
Configure these settings according to your requirements to ensure that data is synchronized appropriately between Jira Cloud and Azure DevOps

Regularly monitor the synchronization between Jira Cloud and Azure DevOps to ensure that data is being synchronized correctly.

Hey Prakash! Expanding on Arnd's question:
We've successfully connected Azure DevOps to our Jira but we're struggling with steps 5 - 7. We don't see where to make these configurations. All we see is the ADO project in the connector settings but we can't make configurations there, neither in the Jira or ADO projects.
