I am trying to download a large confluence site into PDF and I am hitting a snag - anyone experience this and how might I fix it? Thanks

I would do as asked and contact the support.
I know I'm not exactly helping but it's probably the best option if the problem persist.
Note: If exporting and distributing PDF is a regular part of your workflow, you may want to look into PDF export apps that offer more features and customization options.
