JSM Teams integration and forms

Hi,

I'm investigating how we can setup a MS team chat channel for our JSM project, using the Atlassian Assist app.

For this, you need to define which Request Types can be used in your Teams channel.

Does anyone know if Request types that contain "Forms" are supported? Will those work in MS Teams? I can not find any documentation on that.

I don't have access to a Team Channel just yet so I can not try for myself.

I recently evaluated the compatibility of Forms within the Atlassian Assist feature in MS Teams. Currently, the integration does not support this functionality. However, with Atlassian's recent release of new APIs designed to enable Forms in third-party applications, it is anticipated that this capability will be integrated in the near future.
