How to make Team LOCKED as a Mandatory filed

Validators are not showing up the filed and Tried behaviors code it is also not working

/* Specify the ID of the custom field you want to make mandatory */

const fieldId = "customfield_14001";

/* Make the custom field mandatory */

getFieldById(fieldId).setRequired(true);

Any suggestions ?

Please check if the field context is allowing the field to be used on the project you are working on.

Nope It wont allow to add New filed context, please check my first screen shot in the description ( It has only default Context )
