Adding a custom field for approvers with a specific list of users

Hi all

I want to create an approvers field in a service request . I only want a specific list of users to be the approvers.

I want the approver step in the workflow to only send the approval request to the approver selected. 

However I am not able to add this in the approver step. It forces me to send the request to everyone in the group I associated with the custom user picker.

Any ideas?

Hi Yair, 

In the screenshot, the custom field needs to be created as a multi-user picker, so you can add multiple approvers but only 1 approver is needed to approve. 

Since I assume Test approver is a single user picker, you would just change the dropdown to Everyone, since this will just send to the single person selected. This is assuming its a single-user picker. 

If not, please tell me what you have Test approver selected as? 

I would be using single user picker and then filtering the results to the group you want, so only those members will show up to be chosen as the approver
