How to change the "issue link" type when users associate the delivery tickets with discovery ticket

Hi team, I have a question between the project discovery project and sofware project. How to change the "issue link" type from "implement" to "is implement by" in sofware tickets when users associate the delivery tickets with the discovery ticket.

Although it is possible to change a link type using the REST API functions, instead I recommend removing the existing link and adding the new one.
