Two jira automations rules set labels overlaying values

I have two jira rules set up to set labels based on different criteria. Sometimes they overlay the values set by the other automations rule. I have "copy from issue" set in both, but labels are still getting removed sometimes. I am guessing the rules may be running at the exact same time. How can void clearing out what the another automation rule sets.

Hi @snwatts6 ,

There's an option in the trigger of each rule to toggle not to be trigger by another automation rule. You may want to create an automation with both those rules where if it matches this criteria do this, and if not, do this instead.

For a question like this, please post an image of your complete automation rules, images of any relevant actions / conditions / branches, an image of the audit log details showing the rule execution, and explain what is not working as expected. Those will provide context for the community to offer ideas. Thanks!

Until we see those...

Without seeing the specifics of your rules, I recommend combining them into one rule as you note they have the same trigger, and using conditions to manage the differences in setting the label values.

The whole automation would be better with trigger upto action. Possible you may combine both automation in just 1 automation.
