I would like to move a project tile to another tile

Hello, 
I would like to ask how can I move a project from one place to another on the customer portal view. 
I would like to move the "Ad Hoc Cost Approval" to "Payroll"

To do this...

1. Go to your Portal homepage
2. On the right-hand side, select the vertical Customise button
3. From the pop-out, select Edit home page layout
4. It looks like Payroll is in the featured section; to add Ad Hoc Cost Approval to this section, select the star icon in the top-right of the tile
5. Drag/drop it into position

Note: Drag/drop positioning is only available in the featured section. In the other section, the tiles can only be ordered by name (A-Z) or popularity.
