When I try to generate a Jira Zephyr Scale Report (for example a traceability report) the page is just loading and nothing happens. Is it possible to do anything to fix it and to be able to generate reports?

6. **Update Plugins/Add-ons**: Ensure that your Jira and Zephyr Scale plugins/add-ons are up-to-date. Outdated versions might cause compatibility issues.

There could be a number of causes why this is happening - not all to do with the software. To rule out a software issue you could try to generate a report like "test execution results (list)" and have it return just 1 test case - so 1 row.
