Problem creating tasks with Slack Jira Cloud workflow

Question

In my company we use the Jira workflow inside slack to create issues inside our board, specifying the description, the title, etc, based on a form answered by the employees.

However, recently I got the problem showed in this screenshot:

And when the user tries to use the workflow, It returns this error:

"Create an issue — There was a temporary issue on our end."It can't create an issue inside the Jira panel if the type of issue is "Task", specifically. If I select the type of issue inside the workflow to be "subtask" it works perfectly.

Does anyone recognize this problem?

I'm having the same issue, and I've spoken to customer service, and they keep saying they're working on it. It's concerning that this has not been fixed for well over a year.

Has anyone figured this out? Our team relies almost exclusively on the Task issue type, and building a work around is going to cause more problems for the team. Do I really have to rebuild my workflow without Tasks?

Same here and the error message displayed is too vague to troubleshoot the issue.
