We are using Jira to track project creation and would also like to use confluence to update and document all changes or new projects. Does anyone have a good template, ideas or good practices for this

Im looking for a Jira Creation Dev Blog style template, We are getting started with atlassian suite but and not sure what a jira tracking would look like. The idea of it would be for us to be able to refer back and also post changes done to a project.
if we have a team of Admins in charge of creating Jira Projects i want every admin to go in and update a confluence when changes are done, or when a new project is created.
Sounds like just getting started in Confluence would work.
I'd think you need to setup your Confluence to align to your Project design - there are a list of page templates though you can choose from, if that helps?
