How do I give domain level access to my Confluence content?

Question

Hi all,

This might be a common question, but I am looking to provide read-only access to all the users of 2 domains A.com and B.com. I do not wish to make my content public or enable anonymous link.

Please suggest if it's possible with standard plan (any work around?) or any new features released in Premium or Enterprise plans.

Note: I have Jira Sofware Premium along with Confluence.

Any inputs will be greatly appreciated.

@bhanu_kumarin_ext I can think of a few options:

* Click the lock icon at the top of each page and set the restrictions to Anyone in this space can view, only some can edit. You can set specific users allowed to edit the page. I don't think there's a bulk way to set this, but it could be a good exercise to assign to your content writers, which will train them to use this setting when publishing pages in the future. * Change the space permissions to allow some individuals the ability to view and edit and others only to view. Note that there is no separation of edit and comment permissions, so users who cannot edit will not be able to comment on the pages. This may be your goal. Start here: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/manage-permissions-on-the-space-level/ 
* Use a third-party app to output the Confluence spaces as a web site (like a help system) that you can host somewhere for these users to access. This allows authors to update pages, while the viewers have access to the last published content. I personally will be using Scroll Viewport, but there are other available in the Atlassian Marketplace.

I don't think this is possible natively. A few alternatives you could explore include...

* Public Links - https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/share-content-externally-with-public-links/
* Jira Service Management; specifically the Knowledge Base - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/set-up-a-knowledge-base-so-customers-can-serve-themselves/

^ For JSM, you could...

* Add users from those two domains as customers (who need to login)
* Then, grant access to a Space for unlicensed users - method here
* Then, users should be able to access the Space from JSM without additional licenses

Alternatively, you could try an App from the Marketplace, such as External Share for Confluence, or Share Confluence with External Users (Secure Share)
