Hi,

Can some one tell me how to change the colour of default blockquote vertical bar please.. I am using markdown in jira automation rules

Welcome to the community. As far as I know, unfortunately one cannot change the color for the vertical bar in Wiki markdown syntax.

I don't believe this is possible and I wouldn't expect this to get implemented. Atlassian works with internet standards on a lot of this markdown stuff, and blockquotes are not generally accepted to have customization.
