Team unable to view Roadmap (Plan)

Question

My team recently got access to Jira. I put together a roadmap but none of my team members are able to view the roadmap.

They are able to find it listed under "Plans" but when they open it, the roadmap is totally blank.

What can I do to ensure all my team members are able to view the roadmap

Hi @Varsha Krishna

I would check that...

* The Plan is shared - check users can view your plan. See this help page
* The Project(s) are visible to these users - check they have the appropriate permissions, so they can see the data in them
* There aren't any filters applied to the default Plan view (see if a user can clear these)

Can you provide a screen image for what the users are seeing?

Do the users have access to view the issues in the projects that you have referenced in your Plan?
