Confluence Calendar reminders not being sent

Question

We've been having difficulties setting up reminders for Confluence Calendars. All the settings are correct per KB, and the email filters don't seem to be catching anything, yet we cannot receive any reminder notifications, only adds and updates.

Anyone else come across the same issue?

We're on Cloud.

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-90407 It seems that the same issue is happening with Cloud - tested the same steps and when no one is in "Who", the creator gets notified
