How to fix App unsubscribe / uninstall not possible within confluence and jira cloud

We, as well as other app vendors, have been informed by our customers that uninstalling apps stopped working a few days ago.

This error occurs within the browser (JavaScript Console).

We (as one of the app vendors) are not aware when this incident will be resolved. have been informed that the problem has been fixed In the meantime, you can uninstall an app (cancel the subscription) within "Manage apps" or using the following procedure.

1. Switch to "Atlassian Admin"=> Billing
   
2. Click on Manage
   
   
3. Select delete on the app you wish to uninstall
   
4. type "DELETE", provide "App feedback" and click Delete
   
5. A small popup appears
   
6. Now switch back to Apps => Manage apps and click Uninstall
   
7. Confirm the Uninstall app? Dialog
   
8. Wait a bit - now - the app has been uninstalled
   

Farewell. We (and I'm sure all the other app makers) are sorry to have lost you as a user of our app, and we hope to see you again in the future.
