Field 'CustomFieldId' does not exist or you do not have permission to view it.

Question

Hi Guys,

I tried to search for issues containing a custom field named " Audience" in my project "Service Desk Rim" but
 I have received this error message : Field 'CustomFieldId' does not exist or you do not have permission to view it.

I am a jira administrator and I am sure I typed the right custom field ID.

What might be the problem?

Yes, change the name of one of them. Just add a dot or 2 or something like that after the name.

Hi John,

I used the custom field ID because I have two custom fields that have the same name and I want to migrate the data from one field to another.. there is no other way to differentiate between them.. If you could provide an alternative for this JQL I would be extremely grateful!
