Im still new with JIRA and need help to establish a good communication with client. Can client send back comments?

Who are your "clients" In this situation? Do they have access to your Jira setup?
What sort of information are you looking to get via comments?
Hello Jehan, When some write a comment on a ticket that begins with *client, We want to have automation send the message over to the client. If it doesn't have *client, Don't send it to client
