Spoofing problem

Dear Community,

Our customer has the following problem:

When a mail is sent from jira@"OurCompany"․atlassian․net to another "OurCustomer" mailbox, it is recognized as spoofing by a Hornet Mailsecurity Gateway and blocked.

The problem is that several users write in the name of jira@"OurCompany"․atlassian․net and these are in the "Display names" header. Because these users are created with an @OurCustomers.com address in our Jira project as our customers, they are blocked with spoofing.

Can this problem be fixed?

Unfortunately the article doesn't really help me. When I navigate to Atlassian Admin, there are no settings at the top of the menu bar. Is it perhaps because the article is older and the user interface is now different?
