Hi everyone,

I would like to know if it is possible to show on the custumer portal only specific assett to specific custumer. We have a very big data base and to simplify the process for our employees we would like to show them, when they open a ticket, only the assett associeted to them.

In AssetIT (Asset management tool for Jira), you can sort specific kinds of assets corresponding to specific types of customers by Inventory feature with the set up of JSM custom fields. Here is a case study for your reference: Case study of IT service company with the Inventory feature.

Yes this is the kind of solution I was looking for, but I would like to know if there is a native solution within Jira, I would like not to use an add-on if possibile.

Ootb there is no such solution. You could look at automation , but that would only apply on issue creation and not upfront.

I do think you are relying on a marketplace app to solve your request
