I have created a Team Approver Custom field with a Select List (multiple choices) and it has about 20 values. Then i have another custom field named Approver groups with a Group Picker (multiple groups) and it also has about 20 groups corresponding to the Team Approver. The question is whenever i select one or more Team Approver values, the corresponding Approver group value of that Team approver should get appended in that group values. I have tried this and accomplished using about more automations but the approach is very long and slow processing. Please provide me a short or futuristic solution and any working solution would be appreciated.
