Using ScriptRunner to send an email notification?

Hi!

I'm trying to send an email notification to the assignee of an issue using ScriptRunner, but keep getting an error for an invalid REST API call. I'm new to using REST/Groovy, and was wondering if anyone could spot the error because I'm lost. Thanks in advance!
