Automation - Are you able to add information about a Linked Design change in a slack notification?

I created an automation that alerts a Slack channel when a Linked Design (Figma) is updated. Is it possible to add any information about which Linked Design was updated to the notification? If yes, what would the format for this be? 

I see in the audit log that there is information available regarding which design. I'd love to be able to inform the Slack channel of this information as well.

I don't have Figma to test this, but there are design smart values which should work?
