One of my users can´t get the verification link

Hi! One of our users does not receive the invitation link to Jira. Also, can´t create an account, because he does not recieve any email from Atlassian at all (even the sign up one). The email is "[redactedaddress]"

Can you check if the email address has been blacklisted or something? Thank you in advance!

Hi @Neys Software I found there was a bounced message sent to that account.

550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable

I have cleared the suppression from our side.  Try to resend the invite now, it should make it through.
