Unable to switch security level for some ticket request types

Question

Im an admin to our Jira instance but wondering why this is happening. Example, in this request type for reporting hardware issues, I'm able to change the security level.

While in this one for user provisioning, Im unable to switch it.

Where should I look to make sure editing is enabled for me, or specific users/groups?

Figured out the issue! So when editing the issue type screen scheme, adding Security Level at the top of fields in my Edit screen allows it to be edited. There must be another field type that doesnt allow the Security Level to be edited

Added our groups to it and still no difference. Technically our 'Admin + Student' security level is a catch-all for all other tickets.

There wouldn't be another location that adds the restriction based on customer request type?

So if you are in the security levels for one project, the other possibilities are:

* The issue security scheme for the current project simply doesn't have other levels
* You do not have the "set security level" permission (which is nothing to do with admin rights - admin is about admin, not issues)
