Cannot Create Database

Question

Our admin console seems to show databases are enabled but users are unable to create them (can create pages, whiteboards and blogs).

The console also suggests some form of permissions should be available but we are not seeing them either.

Any idea what we may be missing?

Thanks.  I got them around 27th March but create DB still has a beta flag beside it.

I am assuming that this was when databases was in beta.  Do you have it now that it has been released?
