1. Transition from automated Stories to automated Sub-Tasks: Instead of having automated Stories, we need automated Sub-Tasks to ensure that each task/activity has a single story link containing all the latest updates. This approach will prevent any missed updates.
2. Add client filter option in the Deferred Revenue Dashboard: We currently lack a client filter option in the dashboard, which makes it difficult to view tickets based on the respective client. Adding a client filter will allow us to display all tickets based on the client field.
3. Modification of filter formula in the Kanban Board: Currently, the filter formula reflects tickets based on ticket description or subject line. We need to modify this to reflect tickets based on client field selection, ensuring that we obtain the exact tickets for respective clients.
4. Implementation of the  tentative deadline option in the Deferred Revenue Dashboard.
5. We need to add a new workflow status called "Cross QA" to the existing workflow so that the team can utilize tasks for sending tickets for internal cross QA.
