Hi @Miquel Angel Peña ,

Don't have any experience with Jaggaer but as per their documentation https://www.jaggaer.com/trustcenter/integrations/ they have an API available.

You can try to use these API's to integrate it with Jira.

Other than this I would suggest you check with Jaggaer's support team to see if they know of any soln. that lets you integrate both the tools.
