moving from ClickUp to Jira

Question

I need to move from ClickUp to Jira, I always have the same problem and couldnt solve it

1) For the CSV import to be successful, you must specify a CSV header row that corresponds to the Project key.2) For the CSV import to be successful, you must specify a CSV header row that corresponds to the Project type. Available project types are: software, business.

please help me even if i need to change the type

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

With a VSB import the file must include a header row that list the fields for the data in the test of the file.

Optionally it can also include a field/column that identified the project in Jira where the issues will be created.

There are different methods to access the CSV import functionality which can result in showing different prompts. Exactly what steps did you execute to get to the CSV import functionality?
