We currently have a page that has border around all of the layout sections.
Where do I edit this?
I added the sections via [+] > layout, but all have a border by default.

I can replicate this, as there is no border option on using sections and no border is set by default.
Border seem to be there, but this is in edit mode highlighting the section on publishing there are no boarders on sections.
Is there an app in the system providing this, or are tables with a single cell used?

So then this is only visible in "edit" mode and not possible to change either way in "edit" (has border) or "publish" (has no border) mode.
