Custom field / Asset Object filtering

Question

Hello All,

I have the current set up for a request type I am creating.

Inside the request type I have a asset object custom field that is currently filtering OK by selecting Country and City from another two different Asset Object Custom fields.

Now I need to add another filter to the "Filter Issue Scope" that is based on a "Single select" custom field (customfield_12843) and I am not able to obtain the correct syntax.

I have the attribute inside the object I am trying to filter it by already created.

Can anyone help me set the syntax up correctly?

I've read through https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/configure-the-assets-object-field/ multiple times and wondering if it is strategically only for Assets custom field. Data Center edition has no issues with this, that is for sure. Did you manage to solve this issue?
