I'm facing a challenge with automating status updates between two projects: My goal is to synchronize status updates of service requests of a project with the status of a linked development issues from another project.
The idea is to automate the status update of the service request based on the status change of the linked development issue: If the issue in the Dev Project changes to "preestimate", the service request of the Service request Project status should automatically update to effort estimation and also If the dev issue's status goes to "backlog", the service request should change to "new development".
I would appreciate any guidance, examples, or references to documentation that could help us set up this automation.
