I generally conduct Knowledge sharing sessions and one one meetings as a trainer and coach .I am looking for a template that lets me publish the topics discussed in my knowlege sharing or Minutes of meeting or Discoveries of Coaching session.

You can also try using ChatGPT or Gemini to generate one, because you can then ask those tools to easily customise it according to your needs.
