We are exploring using this tool and would love to hear any feedback from users. Does this change/ deprecate other project loads or your cloud up time. Are you users commenting on slower performance once this was implemented? For those using this on their projects, is it effective? Are there extra steps that they have to take to complete the file load- meaning is the process seamless for users? Have you had to call support - If yes, are they responsive?
