My tables need breathing space: How do I add blank lines?

Question

I want some white space between 2 tables that are stacked.

If I hit return, the cursor jumps automatically into a table. I want to stay outside the tables and simply get an few empty line whenever I hit Return.

OK, so in this scenario, we have two tables, no space between them.

* In the upper table, place the cursor in the rightmost column of the last line (after the last character.
* On you keyboard, hit the right arrow key exactly TWICE.* After the first hit, the table changes to blue (as in 'select all').
* After the second hit, you should see a giant cursor flashing at the right edge of the table.

* Hit enter :)

Or, in the bottom table, cursor to the top left cell - in front of the first character, hit right arrow key twice, the giant cursor flashes on the left, hit enter.
