I'm trying to transfer my project from Attlassian cloud to Onprem Jira. I'm trying to run the "back up for server" function. Initially I could not do it, as my project was a 'next-gen', so I moved it to a traditional project, send the two next gen projects to trash, and went back to the "back up for server". Now the move option is gone, and there is just a button "delete all next-gen proejcts. The 'create backup for server' is disabled. I have pressed the delete all next-gen projects button a few times, I get a confirmation modal, but after that nothing happens and I'm back in the same situation. I have checked the projects listing and all I see is my new 'old style project' Any Idea how to resolve this? Thanks!
