Backup Error

Question

Hi there,

During Confluence backup, I get the following error:

Export error

java.lang.ClassCastException@7359f25b
But don't worry, we'll fix it for you!
You just need to contact Atlassian support and paste in this error message, timestamp and your instance details.
Timestamp: 2024-02-11T17:01:34.169066046

How can this be fixed?

Kind regards

@SirBuhi You may need to temporarily upgrade to a trial Standard plan to get support. You can later go back to the Free plan.

Hi @SirBuhi ,

The error you are encountering during the Confluence Cloud backup, especially a java.lang.ClassCastException, is a critical issue that requires attention from Atlassian Support.

* Visit the Atlassian Support portal, log in, and submit a new support request.
* Include the error message, timestamp, and any other relevant information about your Confluence Cloud instance.

Hope it will help

Regards,
RMahajan
