Hi Team,

We are trying to implement Virtual Agent AI with Slack, But before starting it.

1. Does the outside customers can connect to the Virtual agent channel and if they can connect, what would be the process ?
2. How customers will be added to channel, so they can raise queries ?
3. Can we able to add other users outside of Jira to follow there doubts or queries ?
4. Is there any documentations in JSM --> Slack AI [ Usages and who all can access] ?
5. If we ask from other channels or on our private channels, will the bot be able to track and suggest based on that ?
